With the support of the Hungarian Consulate in Munich, WaterScope representatives led highly interesting and promising discussions with several Bavarian companies and institutes to strengthen company’s position on the German market.
At the Bodensee, laboratory and scientific staff of Institut für Seenforschung followed our presentation with great interest. There was no end of their qustions, the possibility to monitor species of algae in their water even on seasonal basis was very attractive for them. At the end of the meeting we parted with the promise of a joint pilot project, to be organized still before the summer heat arrives.
At Domatec Gmbh we faced very enthousiastic audience, who wanted to know everything about Artificial Intelligence and its role in microbiology. The laboratory is one of Bavaria’s most recognized accredited laboratories, using the latest technological solutions and being always on the search of new possibilities. Until now, algae measurements has represented a smaller proportion in their portfolio, but they want to increase its importance, and with the services WaterScope offers they see very high potential for it. We agreed to start with testing some cooling towers’ waters, and on the basis of the results continue our cooperation.
The visits ended at Umweltcluster Bayern, with the kind invitation from their management to join the international section of the cluster, and at Invest in Bavaria, the business promotion agency of the state of Bavaria, where we discussed strategy to widen range of WaterScope users in Bavaria, Germany.
